Learn all about how to make a medicinally potent tea, what factors might go into whether it works or not, and a bit about formulation. I will share some of my favorite plants that live in our Appalachian forests and we will make tea in class.

We will go on a deep dive about six plants that can be utilized in herbal tea formulas, and learn about formulation and blending. You will create your own herbal blend in class to take home.

Learn how to incorporate healing herbs into your kitchen with easy to make recipes!
The recipes chosen for this class will be catered to participants dietary preferences. Come with a bit of an appetite. Leave with new skills on how to incorporate herbs into your everyday life and a few recipe handouts to try at home.
