We all need support. I have been through the wringer of chronic illness, and it instilled in me a desire to support others and to learn alternative ways that are not widely available or accessible.

As an herbalist I see myself as a guide, and as an educator. My main goal is to give you the tools you need to bring your body back to balance. One of those tools is connecting you with your plant allies.

What happens in an initial wellness consultation?

An initial consultation is 60-90 minutes long and includes an assessment of body systems. We will also talk about diet, exercise, lifestyle, sleep, etc.

For new clients seeking extended care and support.

We will explore your symptoms, intentions, and any questions you might have.

We will gather information regarding your health history.

As part of the appointment, you will receive a custom herbal tea or tincture formula and lifestyle and nutrition recommendations via email. Additional formulas and supplements are not included in the fee.

Personal Herbal Tea Blend Consult

Do you love tea, or do you want to give the gift of tea to a friend or loved one?

This is a very special offering as it takes into account the actions, energetics, and contraindications of the herbs while incorporating your favorite smells, flavors, and colors into your very own personal herbal tea blend.

You can request a blend for a particular purpose (sleep, relaxing after work, coffee substitute, grief relief, delicious anti-inflammatory blend, etc)

Previous clients have asked for blends to help them quit smoking or marking transitions like coming home after work.

Many of us, myself included in the past, like to collect tea blends and absolutely love drinking tea, but you might not know enough about the plants to know whether they are truly good for you. You can also use this consultation to assess whether the teas you reach for on the shelf are serving you.
